Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer cash refunds. We have a 14-day exchange policy, and we will happily help you find the right KT piece or offer you store credit. Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned to our store or via mail.

To return an item in our store:

• Bring the item in its original packaging and your receipt. Items purchased in the store may also be returned via mail, but you must include the receipt.

To return an item by mail:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging. They should be wrapped carefully and sent in a padded envelope to the following address:

• We are not responsible for shipping on exchanges.
• We do not offer free shipping on exchanged items, even if the item is over $50.

Defective items:

If something arrives damaged, please contact us within one week of receipt at (212) 875-8700. We will send you a replacement and advise you on how best to return the damaged item to us.
