Payment and Exchange Policy
Once you have decided on your ktcollection piece, we will do our best to make your shopping experience as effortless as possible. For your convenience, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or through Paypal. We have a 10-day exchange policy. Sorry, no refunds.
Shipping
I use USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. We can also overnight your package via DHL Express. Since I design and hand-make each piece, please allow one week for me to mail your order. Most orders will ship within three days.I will send you an e-mail once I have mailed your package and you will be able to track it online. Weddings and custom orders
Getting married and need a bridesmaid gift? Why not order a one-of-a-kind necklace or pair of earrings for each of your bridesmaids? And if you need something to go with your wedding dress, together we will come up with the perfect pieces to accent your gown. If you would like to purchase a necklace but need a length adjustment, this is also possible. We can always work something out.
